If you cover South Wales, Swansea should be on your patch: Gower coastline weddings with civic-grand and rustic-barn options in the city. Venues like Oldwalls Gower, Fairyhill and Brangwyn Hall generate repeat demand all season.
Rates in Swansea run about £1,500–£5,000 for full wedding planning. You set your own price, quote only the briefs you want, and pay nothing up front.
You'll see the full brief (venue, date, budget) before quoting, so there's no pay-per-lead gamble. Get your Swansea profile live before the peak-season rush and you're in the draw from day one.

Customers in and around Swansea submit quote requests on Bookt with their date, location and brief. We match the request to wedding & event planners who cover that area and you can reply with a personalised quote. You control your pricing, availability and what you say yes to.
Every wedding planner sets their own rates — Bookt doesn't cap or cut your price. We take 7.5% only when a booking completes. So if you quote £1,500 and the customer books, Bookt's fee is £112.50 and you keep £1,387.50. No subscription means it costs you nothing in months where you don't book.
No — Bookt matches by your travel radius, not your postcode. Any wedding planner who covers Swansea as part of their service area can apply for jobs here, whether you're based in the city itself or commuting in for events.
The customer pays a 25% deposit when they book, held in Stripe. If the event is more than 30 days away, the deposit transfers to your payout account 30 days after booking (less our 7.5%). If the event is sooner, the deposit transfers after you mark the job done and the customer confirms — usually next day. The remaining 75% is paid directly between you and the customer on whatever terms you agree.
