Is it free to use Bookt?

Yes. Getting quotes is always free for customers — there's no sign-up and no obligation to book. A small service fee only applies when you confirm a booking.

Are Bookt professionals verified?

Accepted Answer

Every pro listed on Bookt is reviewed before they can take bookings. The Verified badge means we've checked their business details and payment account.

Question 4

Is my deposit safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deposits are processed by Stripe. Refund policy: if your event is more than 30 days away, cancel within 30 days of booking for a full refund. If your event is within 30 days, cancel any time before the event for a full refund. After that, refunds are per the pro's cancellation policy.

Bookt operates UK-wide — London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh and every other city. Pros set their own travel radius so they only receive leads they can realistically cover.
