How Bookt works

Five steps from setting up your profile to getting paid for a job.

    Build your profile

    Add your business name, category, location, travel radius, price from, portfolio gallery and a short bio. Takes about five minutes — you can keep editing it any time.

  2. 2

    Receive matching leads

    When a customer fills in the quote wizard, we route the request to up to five pros whose category and travel radius match. You see it in your dashboard and by email.

  3. 3

    Send a personal quote

    Open the lead, reply with a price and a short message. The customer sees your quote alongside any others and can message you back — fully inside the platform.

  4. 4

    Customer books and pays

    If the customer accepts, they pay a 25% deposit via Stripe to secure the date. Bookt holds the deposit until the event is delivered. The remaining balance is paid directly to you by the customer on the day.

  5. 5

    Deliver, get paid, get reviewed

    After the event, tap "Mark as done". The customer confirms the job went well — that releases your deposit (minus our 7.5% commission) to your Stripe account and unlocks their review on your public profile.
