Customers submit quote requests on Bookt with their date, location and brief. We match the request to event stylists who cover that area and you can reply with a personalised quote. Every event stylist controls their own pricing, availability and what they say yes to.
Every event stylist sets their own rates — we don't cap or cut your price. Bookt takes 7.5% only when a booking completes. So if you quote £1,500 and the customer books, Bookt's fee is £112.50 and you keep £1,387.50. No subscription means it costs you nothing in months where you don't book.
No. Bookt covers 55+ UK cities and the full UK_CITIES catalogue — we match based on your travel radius, not your postcode. London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast and every tier-2 city are active search markets.
The customer pays a 25% deposit when they book, held in Stripe. If the event is more than 30 days away, the deposit transfers to your payout account 30 days after booking (less our 7.5%). If the event is sooner, the deposit transfers after you mark the job done and the customer confirms — usually next day. The remaining 75% is paid directly between you and the customer on whatever terms you agree.
